Simple, universal and traditional solution

NYLON DWR+ Simple, universal and traditional solution Nylon DWR+ is connected with our production of outdoor equipment since 1991, when we started to use this fabric for down garment, sleeping bags and also for lightweight Nylon jackets and pants. A  commercial name of fabric was changed during the years, but its construction and principle persist, and Nylon equipment as well. The basis of fabric is strong nylon yarn, with perimeter 40x thiner than human hair. There are many yarns in the texture of warp and weft, which form a such layer, which is down proof, wind and water repellent (not waterproof), breathable and lightweight, packable to the small volume. The fact, that there is not used any membrane, gives the fabric almost endless durability. It doesn’t make sense to use a  technology of taped seams on Nylon garment, because of quite lower parameter of water repellency. But this water repellency is enough high to protect against small rain permanently or against powerful rain for shorter time. This compromise is fully balanced by breathability, lightness and packability of the garment. Each product is equipped with small sack, in which it is possible to pack very easy and fast whole jacket or pants and than put it in to the pocket, hipback or bag. Thanks to its packaging, the user doesn’t know about this garment until he needs it. Therefore these jackets and pants from Nylon DWR+ are very often used as a  backup layer, which is prepared for example, for sudden change of weather, as a protection against rain after challenging ascent or during downhill on bike, when the sweaty body is getting cold too much by the wind. Cut of Nylon DWR+ garment follows very conservative and experienced solution, same from the first half of last century. Thereby it becomes universal, easy care, nonexpensive and very practical piece of garment which is useful for many occasion during whole year.
